VU was exceptional. The rate was great. The loan officer went above and beyond at every step....constantly keeping us up to date and informed. This was by far the easiest home loan experience we have ever had. Zero down allowed us to cash out the equity from our old home and invest it (and get a few "toys"). The online digital signing of documents was simple and efficient. You can't go wrong with VU.
