I understand that there were issues around Covid-19 with some of the staff, but at times we felt somewhat alone in the process at points. This was not Mathew's fault I believe. There were issues with the appraisal that caused some delays and frustration.



I appreciate all of the assistance but Veterans United Home Loan needs to communicate with their customers better. This was my first home buying experience and it was very stressful! I’m so happy I has Joe to help me out.
