The experience we had with Veterans United was wonderful. We were hesitant to get a home loan through an online company instead of our local bank but we are so glad we did. The ability to track and follow our loan through the process was reassuring because we were able to see it each step of the way. Our loan specialist, Will, was in communication with us and promptly answered any questions we had. He also worked directly with the local realtor of our choice.
Veterans United was overall a very positive experience-the willingness to help accomplish my goal of refinance was amazing. I would highly recommend them.

Due to Covid we didn’t get the first time buyers experience but Tony made it as best it could be.
At the very end it was extremely stressful. Had to wait til the last minute for a closing time.
