Just a minor note. A couple times now I have called to ask a question or speak to my loan team about better understanding things I am unfamiliar with. Most recently specifically about if a refinance is a good option or what it entails. As a first time homeowner there are things I don’t know. For instance I paid my property tax out of pocket because I didn’t know it was factored in and would be taken care of. I get the team is busy, I get time is essential when rates are low to get things moving. I prefer understanding and being informed by the team I am trusting to do business with. Rather than asking a question and then being immediately routed into next steps without educating me or speaking with me.
I will tell my friends about how easy it was to contact them all the way up to closing. They made my home buying experience amazing during a global pandemic! Through a retirement, transition to civilian from military, and loss of a grandmother, this was one thing I didn't have to worry about. My daughter and I or very happy in our new home. Thank you VU!

I would recommand to the campany that the client have a beginning interview after he got pre approval about what amount of mortgage he would expect. Therefore he will quickly know which range of house price he will oder his realtor.
