First time to refinance for me and these folks were very patient, explaining everything about the process, timeframes etc. My loan team was always available, by phone or email, with prompt answers to any of my concerns. Saved me a ton of money and the whole thing was virtually stress-free. You can't beat Veteran United's good old fashioned customer service.

It was great working with the Veteran United group during the Covid epidemic. I honestly thought things were going to get disrupted due to Covid but I was wrong and we were still able to refinance our home even though I was limited on what we can do personally, they were there guiding me when steps needed to get this done quickly.GREAT WORK!!
