I bought a home in FL while on extended visit in Canada due to COVID19. I'm a vet and a US citizen and I work remotely. There were several circumstances, guidelines, restrictions that could have derailed the whole process. But, I believe the team I was working with Tom Champion, Corey Jackson in particular with whom I spoke with regularly, went to bat and really helped to keep the process on track. You won’t believe how easy they make this. I heard all the stories before my first time getting a VA backed mortgage and that concern kept me from doing this for years. Big mistake. Please don’t make the same mistake, give them a call and you will not tegret it. One quick call will get it started then just follow a few step that are made easy for you then before you know it, you are the owner of your home.

Very easy process. Very smooth transaction and no gimmicks or slight of hand.
Very professional,yet almost like family quality to them. They acted fast when first house fell through due to seller problem and when we found my dream home,they were excited for me and my husband. Delt with our realtor in a very quick time when he had questions or needed something from them. Great people.
It took 3 months to close and 2 days before we closed they requested I pay over a thousand dollars which I had no idea about before when I complained that I should have been told before Devon offered to cancel the money requested by them.
