This was an excellent experience for us making a complicated transition out of state run smooth. The Veteran's United team and realtors worked very well together and communicated consistently ensuring the support we needed to complete tasks and simplify the process. They were all available everytime we reached out, even at odd hours or days because of the multiple time zones. On occasions when we had to leave a message or email with any of them we always got a return call within hours, even on a holiday. They were all very kind and welcoming making this at times stressful process more manageable. Honestly we could not have asked for a better team and are excited to turn our new house into a true home.
We were so blessed to worked with Veterans United. Our mortgage specialist Mike W. Was there with us every step of the way. He worked through the whole process throughly and kept us up to date. We closed on our closing date and Even though a few things came they worked with our builder and everything came together perfectly! We love our new home, Thank you!

Using Veterans United made our home purchase one of the easiest and most comfortable purchases ever.The website is incredibly informative and it has well done but brief videos that explain almost everything you may have questions about regarding the home buying process. As a retired Air Force Command Chief Master Sergeant working at the 4-star level and having responsibility for over 115,000 enlisted men and women assigned to two Major Commands when I retired, I was somewhat skeptical about working with a company that--at the time--I felt 'targeted' the veteran community for their own gain. From the moment I was contacted by my specialist, Tyler Galloway until the moment we successfully closed on our retirement "dream home", the professionals at Veterans United were at my side every step of the way. In fact, my realtor in Northern Wisconsin was quite surprised at Veterans United's "lean forward" attitude and attention to detail. It was great working with VU, the process was streamlined and using the online website to upload documents made it easier to get information in a timely manner. We had a time of professionals devoted to answering questions and informing us on what we needed to do next.

An alternate lender was willing to waive the origination fee for being a veteran & I felt that it was worth it for the high level of customer service, excellent response time & overall lower level of stress. To all potential homebuyers Veteran United would be the only organization to use, you can go wrong with them.
as I stated in column 1 your underwriters go a little to far. the closer handling the documents to close the loan had never heard of documents requiring signatures on who is or is not going to be living in the house with you. that among other things makes going thru the process a little discouraging

Thanks for your feedback Cary. The special features of the VA loan do come with some special requirements, and that can sometimes lead to frustration with a home purchase. I'm sorry you felt this was intrusive. We'll double check our requirements to make sure we're only asking for what is absolutely needed. Thank you again for sharing.
Veterans United and everyone that has helped me along the way has been nothing more than phenomenal. They help you and keep you informed every step of the way. Starting out I didnt know anything about buying a house nor had the capability to do, but Jody & Mike showed me it was possible. Im a life long fan of Veterans United.
This being my first home buying process it couldn't have been more stress free. Everything went so smoothly. Of your going to use a VA loan it only makes sense to use a company that that's what they do.
Outstanding organization! I didn't know if I was ready or would be able to purchase a home. This move from AZ to MI came with quite a few challenges to include the purchase of a home. We started out trying to buy a home under construction that ended in a disaster to end up in an amazing home that we’re happy with. Terri got us through that whole ordeal and when we found the home we ended up in, she and Jackie got the second loan and our home signed, sealed, delivered QUICK.Can’t thank those two enough!!!
