Closing on my birthday was like a dream. I will always remember that day!!
There seemed like a lot of unnecessary steps kept getting thrown in. Maybe have a sheet listing every single item that could be ask for (e.g. the letter from current mortgage company about an occupation clause).

Allyson, Every loan has its own additional steps and requirements to be clear to close. Our loan officers are highly trained to assist our clients in these additional steps. However, we do understand the stress that will come along with these additional steps and required documents. These are requested to assure our clients are receiving the best product for that client.
