For the majority of this process we were a great deal more than simply satisfied; we were impressed and thankful for the expertise and proficiency of our loan team. Our loan specialist, Harris Giger, was at all times not only professional and prompt in his response to any concerns that we had with regard to the various steps of the process, but he was very congenial in his demeanor as well in spite of the difficulties encountered as this process was completed during the Corona virus pandemic.

Theresa saunders did above and beyond and also made it very clear exactly what the underwriters needed in order for me to get approved. She comforted and re assured through the process the whole time. I have recommended her to several of my friends that i served with on my deployments and to people i have met during my enlistment. There was never a point where i feared the loan wouldnt get approved and she kept constant communication with updates and answered all of my questions whether it was late or ad soon as she was available the very next day. I am so pleased with the house and this is my first house. She was able to close me in less than 30 days!!!!!!
