Even though this was during the active covid era of quarantine, Vishal Patel and his team were available to answer questions whether by phone or email. These were "trying" times and I appreciate the hard work they put toward making my families' dream house come true. It was a great first time experience for getting a veteran loan. Thank-you to all that had their hand in making this happen.
Although we have been in a pandemic since I started this process, my expectations were to be expected knowing the staff were working from home. This was definitely a long journey and a lesson learned.

One of the members of my team, Jenny, kept reaching out to me for paperwork that the buyers title company was supposed to produce. It would have been better to reach out to them instead of me as I'm not familiar with this stuff. Otherwise, Mike and the team pulled together and took care of business to make sure we closed on time. Great job all around to everyone involved.
