Blake was amazing. There seemed to be a disconnect with some of the other personnel at Veterans United. It was confusing why so many people had to ask us for the property address during the whole process.
We had a brokerage that was very hard to work with, our buying agent was not very encouraging in the process of buying our home especially when they knew we were going to use the VA loan. We were told the VA takes forever to get under contract and even to close on your home. When I had reached out to Veterans United, I talked with Stephen Scott, he helped us to understand the process. He helped us get prequalified and also helped with getting our agent on board. I would recommend Veterans United to anybody that can use their VA loan. They were on top of the whole process to the day we closed. Now we have our home of our dreams because of them. It is very reassuring to know that you have a whole team that works with you.
