In the end we got the house of our dreams and that’s all that matters.

I thought the preapproval process went very well. Our loan officer worked very hard to get us approved in the timeframe we needed!However, I felt forgotten about once closing started coming near. It seemed like our loan was always a last minute thought. We were only given updates if we called in and asked.
