I had an absolutely fantastic team and I would like to take a second and thank Kara Truit for her amazing attitude and getting back to me all the time in a timely manner. She was awesome.
Veterans United was very easy to work with. They were there to answer any questions I may have had.
The one issue for me that stands out was the process of getting quotes for repairs. Veterans United needed very specific information listed on the quotes. Even though I sent a list of those specifics, the contractors returned with quotes that did not meet all the criteria. This caused me to have to have the contractors revise their quotes several times, causing a lot of anguish between me and them. I feel that VU needs to send a sample quote format to their clients, showing exactly what they're needing, who can then send them to their contractors.
I would highly recommend this team to anyone who needed assistance with getting a home loan.
