When I first began this process, Yolanda Adams, listen to every word that I said and ask about buying a home, she asked what did I want in a home and she found it and much much more , it was such a pleasure to work with Mrs. Adams and the entire veterans united united team !!
I would also like to point out my loan coordinator Brittney and comment on how great and responsive she was! All around this was a great experience and my team made it way less stressful than I thought it was going to be. Couldn’t have asked for a better team to help me purchase my first home!
It was a great experience. Thank you
Not only Hannah, but Lauren Sprague was also very helpful and knowledgeable. They were both consistent with communication, knowledgeable, and really genuinely wanted me to reach my goal. The amount of concern and attention I received was nearly unmatchable. The realtor they assigned to me, Chad Moore, was also very kind, friendly, and had a great sense of humor, and really, every one I came into contact with were all friendly and provided me with exceptional customer service.. I hated the process, but the staff members/employees were absolutely amazing in so many ways and for so many different reasons.
The team did a great job of touching base and alerting of any changes/modifications needing made through the process. The online portal worked mostly good, there were a few hiccups that were resolved quickly as far as getting our appraisal paperwork. The final numbers were not quite what discussed as we were told the appraisal would be credited to us since the first home fell through. We did not receive credit on the final paperwork for the appraisal. This was partially our fault for missing the 3rd change to the paperwork, but also when asked, our agent said we would get credit later on for a refinance instead.
Both Andy Moe and Erin West, top notch service. Definitely was a pleasure working with them even with their already busy schedule. They were always available to answer any questions. We appreciate both of them 🙏🏽
All my life I’ve been told no. “No you can’t do this no you can’t do that”. This has been the first time in my life where every single person I came across in this process has told me yes. I will forever be grateful for everyone who played a part in the biggest thing that’s happened in my life. Everyone on this team has shown me that they love their line of work and they truly just want what’s best for their clients. Thank you everyone and I can only hope people see in you all what I see.
Tony did a lot of work and went above and beyond to make sure we got this loan. Thanks!

Veterans United was definitely an amazing experience from day one, they were able to assist me through the whole process which at times seemed as if it were worrisome. The whole team were fantastic and I would definitely look and using them again.
Have used Veterans United for both homes I've purchased now. From start to finish they make the process of buying a home simple and efficient. I've recommended VU to several servicemembers and they too have been impressed with the service offered by Veterans United.
Well done, Veterans. I was pleased with the financing process and look forward to working with you in the years to come!
When Bill called me and I was expecting another spiel, but his comment “I am the first but I’ll be the last” couldn’t have been more true. He provided outstanding support and was able to work with me while I was deployed with an 8 hour ahead time difference! We struck gold when we were assigned Stacy as our realtor. My wife was a huge fan from the beginning, from sending us amazing choices to start with and finding us the gem we closed on and can now call our family home. Working with our distance and schedule, Stacy was instrumental in our decision.I had an amazing experience with Veterans United and will gladly recommend them and use them for any of my future endeavors in the home buying/selling world.
Keep up what your doing, thanks
