Its much easier getting a conventional loan then going through the va. I spent an xtra $6,000 dollars out of pocket to get approved to find out later it wasnt neccessary.

VU made the home buying process simple and stress free.
Not pleased with the lack of communication during the whole process. My closing documents did not reflect my request for cash to the table and total loan amount. I went through with the signing anyway as I was exhausted trying to get the figures right after many revisions.
