The process was 30days. It was very stressful. The earnest money was not explained on how it needed to be paid and I had to come up with that total again on top of the closing cost. The underwriters wanted so much stuff that I didn't know I had the house for sure until the day before closing, due to the agent making me think it could fall through at any point.


Tanner was especially helpful too!

First time home buyer, the process was easier than I thought. Everyone answered all my questions and were helpful along the way. Made the experience smooth. Thanks to everyone invovled


The title company was unprofessional. I had to call them to see if I could get my keys. They almost forgot to return my earnest money.




The home buying experience was made enjoyable by the constant support. As well as the fast turnaround time from start to finish.

Outstanding Team. Team really cares about us. This is are second house purchase with them and will use them on the next house. Great job to everyone.

Tyler helped me through a lot with the home buying process. He even filled in the gaps when our realtor couldn’t or wouldn’t. Get this man a steak dinner immediately. You owe one to Austin Bickmeyer as well. He’s amazing too

Phil Stroessner- He always seemed like he was reluctant to work with me especially after I told him I didn't have the money to pay for the appraisal and he told me it would be "coming out of his pocket" from that point he always seemed short and rude with his responses.
Trenton Monnig- talked to the guy once the entire time on the phone and responded to one email he sent other than that he wouldn't call me back after multiple attempts to get ahold of him in the beginning and after not hearing back I had to seek answers from Phil and my real state agent Sonja so if it isn't his job description to answer phones then he should tell everyone when he first talks to them.
*Other than those issues I had a somewhat pleasant experience, I don't plan on doing it again anytime soon though. Lol I plan on staying here at this house you guys helped me buy for the rest of my life.

You should never feel like you’re being judged for asking questions or needing support during what can already be a stressful process.
