This is the second time I have used them. The second time was after a refi that I was dong with my original finance company. Even though I had the refi approved, I turned them down at the last signing, because of their poor communication. I then went to Veterans United, who had originally gotten me the loan to buy the house, because of their excellent customer service and knowledge. And again the proved themselves to be above the rest!
Entire experience was smooth sailing.

Underwriting was ridiculous, to many people dropped the ball, was ready to go to my credit union for a home loan but my realtor convinced me otherwise
