I like to thank Susan Stephenson (Loan Coordinator) who helped me think things through and provided different options and solutions. She ensured that documents were in in a timely manner from all parties, contacted the title company, my attorney, my banks, etc.Overall, I had a great experience with Veterans United and would recommend Veterans to outreach them when thinking of purchasing a home. The login website for Veterans to use to upload documents is user friendly and you can see your "To Do List" and see the progress. I found this to be very helpful especially since I had other obligations for work.
If it wasn't for Tammy, my loan would not have gone through. I am so glad I was able to transfer it from corporate to the Puyullap, WA branch.
