I would let people know that obtaining a VA loan for a home is time consuming. It was over 2.5 month long process, but I've never used a mortgage company before. So that may be a normal time frame.Overall, I'm happy with the servicing and now can enjoy home ownership.

She was able to answer all my questions and give me timelines. I received a very thoughtful gift that I wasn’t expecting but just portrays the attention to detail of this team. The team was very proactive with things and getting everything turned in to underwriter. The underwriter was fast and effective.
