My loan officer was very responsive, and Veterans United had good rates. There was a pretty big difference between my loan estimate and the final closing numbers that aren't explained by the actual closing costs. In fact, the closing costs went down and somehow I lost a $5000 credit in the mix somewhere. Still confused what happened.
