The gift corporate sent was very nice and thoughtful, thank you guys!! Only thing ai wish could improve is the amount of times we had to verify documents....every single time we had to review even though we were tracking the changes and new it was all going to change again. Perhaps make it available, but no review terequired on the portal until finalized? A simple email would suffice to tell me that the insurance rate change has been received rather than my wife and I having to log on to see a change we initiated.
