Working with Veterans United was largely a painless process and helped us close on our house on time and with no problems. Not a fan of how VU sold my mortgage though so now I no longer get to deal with VU and instead have to deal with a different lender and I feel blindsided.

I would have given a 10 rating except for the time it took to process the loan. Other factors were at fault, ie the underwriting and the problem of "mixed communications" for all concerned.

A lot of miscommunication and last minute requests. Items that could've been flagged for concerns a long time ago were brought up during the final days of closing which help up closing.
