Ian was very informative throughout my first home buying experience. There were several bumps along the way and Ian did an outstanding job identifying what was needed in order to keep things on track.
Many frustrations with rhe underwriter. There was a miscommunication with someone. Not sure who on the survey of the house but once Seth found out he was very informative about where we were and what steps needed to be done. We closed 2 days after anticipating ans Seth was a huge help. Seth was a more than a 10 but other areas struggled along the way.
