The communication between the team handling my case was poor. The sense of urgency and follow ups were just one way (from my part). Unfortunately I did not feel the support throughout the transaction, my broker and I were consistently waiting on VA.
Jon and adam were amazing in keeping me informed on all aspects of the process and easy and smooth a big 5 star service definitely would recommend.
Daniel and Lauren had a lot of patience with me when I was slow providing documentation.

Amy, Kristin and whomever else was on their team did everything they could to make our loan experience a great success and when the VA, at the last minute, decided that they could not provide me a VA loan, they very quickly secured me a conventional loan, at equally good a rate and terms. VU even absorbed some of the resulting costs.
