I never leave reviews or comments but in this case I am breaking my normal routine. Working with Rob Deleeuw was an amazing experience. He was always reassuring and left no stone unturned. I always knew that Veterans United takes care of veterans and our families but Rob went above and beyond. I don’t have time to itemize everything Rob did for my family but he never gave up, he never quit on me; He stayed with me up to closing and continued to make sure I was good to go. I also had the pleasure of working with Alyssa Soendker Gifford, She was AMAZING to work with. Alyssa was over the top awesome. I knew Just by talking to her on the phone that she was an extremely driven and intelligent person that was going to be a trustworthy flagship throughout this entire process. Veterans United provides a great service to veterans and their families in offering their expertise in the VA home loan process. We attended a very informative and no pressure briefing about the VA loan process in the San Diego office, and a year later when we were ready to purchase a home, returned to the same office and were approved for a loan. We had the keys for our home exactly 30 days after our offer was accepted on a house. We were apprehensive about the home buying process and Veterans United put us at ease and made the experience absolutely painless. I will definitely recommend their services to fellow veterans.
