Communication was horrible Micheal Jones did good but there was a hiccup at some point with the other person we were working with because we got radio silence after that

My wife and I would like to convey (we learned that word from our real estate dealings, lol) our deepest and most heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of the Veteran's United Team!!!Our journey began with Smith Gaddy on May 23rd. This being our first home ever (yes, at our age...), we did not know what to do or expect. We were guided by you all every step of the way. Our concierge (Casie) got us connected and on track for this process. She also hooked us up with our realtor. Tyler (our loan officer) got involved immediately and worked on our preapproval. Every step was detailed and explained in ways we could understand. The patience, understanding, and commitment was/is so amazing. Cara kept us on track for the underwriter and Jimmy kept the ball rolling in the same efficient manner when Cara was not available. Alicia got our Homeowners insurance in line and patiently kept making necessary changes as we needed them. We successfully closed on July 25th, 2022!Tyler (our loan officer) has gone out of his way to make our dream come true. He helped us overcome obstacles which could have destroyed our dream from becoming a reality. We will never forget him or his team!We tell you all this so you can get an idea from the buyers/our perspective. This has been such an easy experience. My team was prompt with all issues and were able to help me understand the process a little better. I will definitely recommend Veterans United to any ex military I know.
This process was nothing but wonderful. Our loan officer and coordinator was stellar and had great communication and was able to get us to close a week earlier than expected. We also arrived to our home and our son had the most awesome package waiting for hin due to the Veterans United team actually treating us like we were a friend rather than a number.
