I am still wondering about several questions about things but I don't know how to ask since my questions seem half serious to people and my interests are well, I'm not sure. Also I will never sit in the same room as a seller again. Good luck with that since everyone seems happy.

Every step was detailed and explained in ways we could understand. The patience, understanding, and commitment was/is so amazing. Cara kept us on track for the underwriter and Jimmy kept the ball rolling in the same efficient manner when Cara was not available. Alicia got our Homeowners insurance in line and patiently kept making necessary changes as we needed them. The only item I would ask is you improve full disclosure of all fees. The VA funding fee was a surprise I did not know about. It is a simple full disclosure suggestion.
