The entire team who worked with us through the process were amazing.
I enjoyed how quickly the process went, but employees need to work on communication. Multiple times when my paperwork was moving on to the next process. I had to call my Loan officer multiple times to get an update. I just feel that it is the loan officer's responsibility to get a hold of me and let me know things are still moving and are going well. Also never use the word feasible when talking about something was planned for a specific day. Feasible means possible or maybe not yes.
Overall a very positive experience from beginning to end. The loan team was always on time and very helpful. The realtors did their job perfectly. For a first time home buyer, this was an incredibly smooth experience.
