Anytime I had a question or needed an answer my loan team was quick to respond with either email or phone call. I have absolutely nothing bad to say from my first phone call till my closing day I had no problems or issues with anything.
poor communication through the whole process; had to make almost every inquiry for each problem that came up; loan department made more problems then solutions
