t was great having a checklist of the to-do's and also being able to upload all the documents. I was able to close earlier than the expected thanks to my loan officer Asli Wissman
They made the process very easy and help every step of the way.
The communication was just really bad up until the very end....We had to beg to be called back. Some questions were answered while others were ignored. If you questioned anything people got VERY defensive and at times were just rude. It was really frustrating. I had read some great reviews and wished that I had ended up with the team that those reviews were about.
