Zach, David Megan and Shelby were amazing!! They were very thorough explaining the process and answered any questions we had. I appreciate Zach and David so much for keeping my husband and in the loop on the process. Megan was on top of any request we had including providing resources for our utilities and Shelby did a fantastic job setting us up with our home insurance!!

He walked me through every step no matter how many times I needed it repeated or broken down more simple. He never let anything proceed until I thoroughly understood each step or change. Cole was timely, efficient, professional, and knowledgable. He took the time to answer every question I had to the best of his ability/knowledge and was patient with me despite my many questions/lack of knowledge. I would 100% recommend Cole to my own family and friends.
Every member of the team we were on was GREAT! Always responsive, we actually dealt with REAL people, not just recordings. The portal is great and easy to use and now we can continue to use it to make our mortgage payments and communicate with Veterans United Home Loans.
