While we had some rollercoasters with the original loan, we chose to refi with VU for an easier streamline process. And it was. Easier than I expected. We’re not sure how the numbers worked for the higher loan totals when some was to be waived because it’s a current account but sure the real loan amount will be reflected when the final is fine as our loan agent explained how it goes.
We have gone through the homebuying process before and nothing compares to the customer experience that Veterans United provides. It is great to have a stress-free lender experience in this tough buyers market. Thank you Veterans United!

I have been working with VUHL for the past 5 to 7 years and more aggressively searching these past two years. Qualifying was not our issue. As I said the process qualifying hadnt been our issue. Our issue was finding something in the criteria of VUHL, Distance of Location, Affordability, Market availability and not being bullied out of an opportunity that could be reasonable. Well unreasonably it is far from where we'd love to be but near enough we wanted to pull this trigger and pursue the closing out on our Journey.
