If you’re an introvert or extrovert looking to buy a home. This is your place. I don’t like dealing with people so for me it was a nice balance. If they needed to call, they did and if I needed to call, they responded. It was perfect.

The whole team at VU is on top of things no mis steps pleasant and personal on time and understanding. Could not have had a better experience as a first time buyer.
Caitlyn was also wonderful. I had back surgery right when we started the process. She and (VU) sent flowers and we'll wishes. That personal touch was very good. You usually don't get that from big companies. She also was very responsive and helpful during the whole process. She answered all questions and if she didn't know the questions she found out for us.
Jerod, and Julianna were rockstars! They were very personable and made the craziness of getting to closing manageable. Special thank you to Julianna for persevering the loss of a loved one and still being available through that on top of the holidays.
