Every step was detailed and explained in ways we could understand. The patience, understanding, and commitment was/is so amazing. Cara kept us on track for the underwriter and Jimmy kept the ball rolling in the same efficient manner when Cara was not available. Alicia got our Homeowners insurance in line and patiently kept making necessary changes as we needed them. We successfully closed on July 25th, 2022!Tyler (our loan officer) has gone out of his way to make our dream come true. He helped us overcome obstacles which could have destroyed our dream from becoming a reality. We will never forget him or his team!We tell you all this so you can get an idea from the buyers/our perspective. You all never lost sight of why you are doing this.I am a Vietnam Veteran who has had a difficult trip through life. I never would have dreamed this possible. More importantly, my wife gets the one thing in this life that she has always dreamed of. Thank you for what you have done for us! Jacob Brewer was the best. He seems to really care. I heard very good things from my title officer about Blaire Coleman as well. Daniel from the credit department was very helpful in housing me what I needed to do to improve my score to qualify for the loan. Diana seems to have too many loans she was working on and I felt I got lost in that. Diana did try I think but once she had the bulk of the loan stuff for me the process didn't seem as personal is the way I felt. But, I'd definitely work with Veterans United again for sure. It was a good experience and helped me achieve my goals. This is my honest experience and views of my experience.
Veterans United you have once again amazed me. You must being doing something right with your hiring because you have some amazing personnel. Your portal is easy to use and the checklist come in hand. You guys are awesome!
They were very helpful in answering my questions along the way. The system they use with the To Do list is quite helpful with helping an inexperienced home buyer keep on track. They offer assistance with all aspects of home buying, not just the loan itself. They referred us to a local realtor that was very knowledgeable and helpful on her end of the process.
My Veterans home United officer lady Susie, they professional, knew exactly what she was doing, very kind to speak with which I did so many times, I have a hard time because I’ve had 50 surgeries can hardly use my hands and arms having anxiety and other issues But she worked me through it all the way to the end, I highly recommend her as your agent to handle all your needs, once again 24 gold stars all the way thank you very much
