Overall, I would not recommend Veterans United. This is my second VA loan, not a good experience!

First home buying experience. Wasn’t expecting it when the time came because it was 6 months ahead of schedule. The team worked with me step by step. Found out home and closed within a month. Still trying to get over the excitement

This is our third home purchase and our loan with VU was the smoothest of any of them. Would highly recommend them for your VA loan!

This was almost a seamless process. Only issues was with the APP on my mobile device. I was traveling during this whole process and the APP gave me problems signing in and viewing docs

I emailed on a Sunday afternoon (4/27/2025), when I actually had time to sit down and handle a little business. Within minutes I received correspondence from Alberto asking me to send him an email about my needs on the refinance request. He noted he would call the next morning, and he did exactly that. I never expected such a prompt response. I then received a link via text to enroll on the app w/ VU. This was on Monday, 4/28/25. By Friday 05/2/2025 I had an appraisal and termite inspection completed (same week). Within the next week I was cleared to close. We officially closed on Friday 5/16/2025. You can do the math, that is fast. Alberto and his team are amazing. They have my business and my family's business for all our financial needs. Thank you, Alberto and Jenny, for taking care of my family! You are appreciated.

If you’re looking to get a home. Don’t pass this up. They will help you every step of the way with everything. I mean everything. If you have any questions they will get back with you as soon as possible and that’s like maybe 30 minutes max on waiting time.
