Really liked how dumbed down easy the process is. Seemed effortless.Did not like finding out I could save 5k in closing costs and 20k over the corse of 30 yrs with a better interest rate from a different loan company.

Our experience lacked origination and repetition. Instead of one contact I think we had 3. It should've been much less difficult overall. They had all our information necessary to complete our loan. We both have excellent credit scores with no other loans except our existing home loan! We haven't paid a penny of interest on our 1 credit card in 20 years! It was my pick as a combat veteran from Vietnam to pick VU as our option. Sad but in the future I/We will look elsewhere.

Having little knowledge concerning the home financing buying process, the first was a blur nearly 3 decades ago; But this one with Brian and his crew really educated me and my wide both. Can’t thank my home buying team enough for all the work they put in to make this an easy process. Moving from Germany to Hawaii was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done but buying a new home while traveling was honestly the easiest part. A huge shout out to Ryan for making sure I understood all the financials and keeping costs at a minimum. Couldn’t be happier with how everything worked out!

Caitlyn was also wonderful. I had back surgery right when we started the process. She and (VU) sent flowers and we'll wishes. That personal touch was very good. You usually don't get that from big companies. She also was very responsive and helpful during the whole process. She answered all questions and if she didn't know the questions she found out for us.
Rae Arnold, Loan Coordinator was excellent to work with. She kept me informed and gladly answered any questions I had.
