Our concierge (Casie) got us connected and on track for this process. She also hooked us up with our realtor. Tyler (our loan officer) got involved immediately and worked on our preapproval. Every step was detailed and explained in ways we could understand. The patience, understanding, and commitment was/is so amazing. Cara kept us on track for the underwriter and Jimmy kept the ball rolling in the same efficient manner when Cara was not available. Alicia got our Homeowners insurance in line and patiently kept making necessary changes as we needed them. We successfully closed on July 25th, 2022!Tyler (our loan officer) has gone out of his way to make our dream come true. He helped us overcome obstacles which could have destroyed our dream from becoming a reality. We will never forget him or his team!We tell you all this so you can get an idea from the buyers/our perspective. You all never lost sight of why you are doing this.I am a Vietnam Veteran who has had a difficult trip through life. I never would have dreamed this possible. Working with Veterans United was a great experience the entire way. From the start, Reed was very friendly, passionate about with veterans, and flexible enough to work with my wife and I who in two different time zones. He was very responsive to any questions we had and made sure to find time for calls if we were looking for a detailed explanation. We ended up walking away from the first house but closed on the second, it was an easy transition. And we were even able to close earlier than expected. The app is easy to use and keeps this organized. Overall 10/10
