My experience with Veterans United was a smooth process. It can be intimidating getting into the idea of documents being sign "online" and not having a personal face to face communication to someone. I can confidently say that with having being intimidated of not having a physical paper or person to converse with, my process was smooth and easy. My loan officer was a great help to the process and was descriptive and informative with paperwork. I would highly recommend.

Excellent loan process, not many complaints, although I would have appreciated a courtesy credit for the VA Appraisal, maybe offer a program for Disabled Veterans to assist with additional closing costs.
Every time I thought I had everything, the underwriters needed additional info. I understand that each loan applicant is unique but I would have much appreciated a bit more streamlined process.
