The processing was so slow it cost me my initial APR locked down quote because time ran out.I worked with 3 different people. I would send documentation to one email/fax and learn from another person that they didnt know I have already sent it or just fill it out again and send it again. Thats poor internal communication and a break down that cost me $3000.00 out of pocket becaused I had to buy points to buy back down once the new APR was effective. Donald Webber was the greatest help and most informative. I wish he could of handled my entire process. He gets 5 stars.
