Service was good, I did have some issues with Josh with communication between each other which lead to closing almost two weeks after the proposed closing date. But overall he was very professional every time we spoke and once communication was established he performed great.

I encountered one downturn during the process that was kind of upsetting, but other than that, things were great. Oh, the bump in the road, my gifter did not appreciate having to give up so much personal information. His attorney and accountant both agreed it was wrong.
