The only negative I have was how long the appraisal took to get finalized which ended up delaying our original closing date.
The process was pretty amazing. Documents were sent to me and my job was to view them and get them back with any information. Long as I worked hard to return them my paperwork went great.
The only reason for the 8 was when it came to final signing there were some items on the paperwork that we thought were worked out and were not. (Homesteading taxes). I never really got a clear answer.
