My experience with VU was good. The process was pretty smooth and my loan officer, Todd Kangas and his loan coordinator, Kim Duncan were very helpful.
Veteran's United made this the smoothest possible experience for me. Not only were they extremely professional, responsive, and efficient.... They were actually ready to close nearly 2 weeks ahead of schedule!!
Communication wasn't the greatest hard to get ahold of them when you did it was good but seemed like they left emails a lot not calling and was always like a Friday when if would've been earlier could've helped had my info for over 6 weeks
Garrett Holzum and Sammantha Buckridge were outstanding and very helpful and thourgh thru-out the process, and made getting a loan with Veterans United very enjoyable.
We really appreciated having the option to switch from the VA loan that we originally applied for to a conventional loan with with less than 20% down. VU is at the top of my list for this reason alone.
