This process was incredibly smooth and I could not be happier with the outcome. There was excellent communication throughout.
Everyone was great at Veterans United Brad's Team was great, Becca was there with answers when I didn't know which way to turn. Both Brad and Becca made sure we were able to get into our new home.
My ONLY concern would be the constant request for item already submitted. Not accepting screen shots for some items and not for others is counterproductive

I started this process one evening, while laying in bed, scrolling through Facebook. I was curious but never imagined that the submission of that form would lead me and my family to our beautiful new home. I was apprehensive and nervous about the process and Benjie and Melody were just the perfect duo that I needed to feel comfortable and reassured that we were dealing with an organization that stood behind their word and commitment to serving veterans. My only complaint is that the scale only goes up to 10 (You need to go to at least 15).
