NICOLE BRIDGEMAN , Transaction Coordinator for Ryan Ponder, did an outstanding job. (THEY MAKE A GOOD TEAM)
Can't forget about Billy, the week Melissa was on vacation me and Billy got to know each other. Really nice guy we talked on the phone as if we were friends for years.

Neal did an awesome job.
Just to reiterate our appreciation for everything Alex has done for our family. She is so dedicated to both her company and us as the clients and that is rare. I could always count on her to tell me the truth without worry. Her process of communication was very thorough with email and phone calls. We never had any follow up questions because she was so well organized and never left anything out. Veterans United is the best company and lucky to have her.
I found it helpful that I could call anytime I needed to with any questions and Lance Hainen or Krystal Palmer would answer my questions and help me in any way that they could. This was our first home buying experience and they made it a very positive one.
For first time buyer, I was very nervous and not sure if I could do this. Heather is really awesome she took her time each and every time to ease my mind and ensure I understand everything to do so this loan can go smoothly. She really took some stress off because I understand from point A to B what to do and what is next. Heather guided us to the right solution for every question that we had and more. Heather you were amazing and I will definitely recommend you to everyone I know that needs a loan.
This was a home sale between my family and my wife's parents. There was no negotiation about sale price, no agents to deal with, and the house appraised high enough without a problem. Still, this loan took over two months to close. Most of this was due to Denzel and his lack of experience. He mistakenly listed my wife as the veteran on two different occasions, which delayed the process. He cost us thousands of dollars because the loan was not able to close until the 4th of August (after being told a closing date of July 30th). Because of this delay, we had to pay over $3,000 in interest and taxes up front for the month of August. Overall, this was the most frustrating loan experience I've ever had. Denzel was so inexperienced and inept that my father-in-law began questioning whether Veterans United was a legitimate company.
very happy with Eric, Steph, and Missy.
Sam was a professional all the way. At no time did we feel he was dragging his feet. If fact we liked First Weber Reality so much we listed our other home with there agency.
