For this loan I waited to lock in my rate and saved about a point - I called in the "go code" and we locked at the best opertunity. This is the eighth house I've bought in my life and I've learned that it's not a process or the system that creates success - it's a talented person who cares and does a great job.

I would personally prefer if I received all the todo list at once instead of in parts that way I can do everything on one day of doing some here and there and last minute to do list I’m not a fan of.

I believe that being a home owner is still an American dream. I would love to continue getting my interest rate down so that I, a single grandparent can not only manage my mortgage better but have more opportunities to do things with my granddaughter. Disney World would be nice.... keep up the hard work VU and I know we will get there.
