This was one of the most stressful things I've done in a while. But because I had such a fantastic team I made it through. I'm a homeowner now!
In today's world where things are so much tougher...especially the housing prices and rent prices...we never thought we'd be able to own anything much less a home ...Veterans United stepped in and gave us a chance at something better than paying slum lords for the rest of our lives. So, I would say give them a shout, see what they are about, maybe even try it out!

As a single mother, it was a very daunting prospect of purchasing my first home alone. I still can't believe what an easy process the whole thing was! The veterans United platform makes it super easy to navigate where you are in your mortgage loan process, and veterans United did an excellent job at following up if they didn't receive communication from me. I would specifically like to give a shout out to the real estate agent that veterans United linked me up with, Carol Bailey. Without her, I don't think I would have been this confident and signing my final closing documents. She always had my back, informed me of every change, and never made me feel incompetent for asking questions. She was extremely responsive and encouraging. I could not recommend veterans United enough.

Using the concierge for utilities is great however if changes are needed it becomes difficult tracking an order number or confirmation code, etc.
