We had a great experience with VU previously. So when we outgrew our home and it was time to find a new one, we went directly to VU. Our second time around was just as great as the first. Working with veterans united was simply the best mortgage experience I’ve ever had. The communications were timely, professional, and always pleasant. There were no surprises and the whole process was smooth and fast. It was always clear where I was in the process and if something were needed it was communicated clearly and immediately. This team helped make a dream come true and it felt like I was working with close friends throughout.
The home inspector didn’t do a good job. There are things that we’re supposed to be fixed from the first inspection but we’re not fixed and over looked during the final inspection. I.e. broken window missing glass, mice in the home…
