Veterans United was wonderful to work with. The whole team (Nina, Holli, Olivia, Samantha, Cliff, Hannah, and the rest) was very patient and took the time to answer all our questions. Remember not everyone has access to or wants access to computers. A lot of us "old timers" can barely stand a cell phone. Think about that when you are sending stuff to be signed. Our eyesight isn't that good anymore either.

Completely flawless process. I had such anxiety about going through this process and Veterans United made it so easy. The App is amazing. The To-Do list is easy to follow. Was able to provide all documentation from my phone. Definitely deserve 100 out of 100 but all I can give is a 10z
