Tyler and Donna were great. The always put me in a good position and frame of mind where I could be comfortable during the buying process.
Only issue was lack of guidance/clarity from insurance person with Veterans United. Got far better rate and explanation/help from local Farm Bureau agent.
Overall it was a great experience. The whole team kept a steady flow of communication and promptly answered any questions we had.
Everyone went above and beyond! They made our dream come true!
Everything was great but I do recommend not trying to attach too many items to the process. I.e security systems, internet. It felt like a money grab and the security salesman wouldn’t stop calling me.

One person that really deserves recognition is Audrey McFadden!!!! She absolutely killed it for me. Went above and beyond. She was available for any questions I had and really made the hole process easier.
