The only suggestion for improvement is if everyone would follow Mike Dianics approach to text first and check if I am available for a call, the others directly call and this can be interrupting in a job like mine.

Marty and his team at Veterans United truly set the bar high for their competition! They kept us informed and quickly responded at every step of the buying process. The team was always professional and explained things in a way that my wife and I understood them the first time! One Saturday, my wife and I were having a conversation and a question came up between us. I told her I would send the question to Marty and we should hear back on Monday. About 15 minutes later, my phone dinged and Marty had responded! I thanked him for responding and told him it could have waited until Monday. Marty told me he knew the answer and didn’t want us to have to wait! Through the whole buying process, they never made us feel like just a customer; we were part of their team! We will definitely be using Veterans United for next property purchase!
