Unnecessary chaos and very stressful. Most of the time no one has answers. Loan estimates with many mistakes, repeatedly, and they fluctuate unreasonably. "Kick the can down the road" attitude. Never again.

This is the second time, maybe third, I have used veterans United.
Mike Smith has always been my team leader. I have enjoyed working with him tremendously, and he picked the right people each time to be on my team, all of.them willimg amd.ready.to jelp me ans make sure i always kmew wjat was happening.It felt like Mike was just part of the family,My family and I couldn't have asked for a better person to work with. He was kind, considerate, always staying on top of thing's, always ready to help, and I can't thank him enough. Being 75 years old, I know this will be my last home I buy, and that's rather disappointing, Because it's probably the last time I'll get to talk to Mike, And that's a little sad. I trust that all the folks here at Veterans untied is and will be as great to helping veterans purchase a home as my team was! My coworkers and friends told me an unimaginable amount of horror stories about their experience buying a home with an outside source! But I was glad to tell them all repeatedly.
