I have tried using my va loan 2 other times before discovering veterans united. Lance and his team helped me with everything to the point I didn't really have many questions, because they were so thorough and nice.
Great staff and all of them very helpful.
Not sure why we had four people helping us. It may be helpful to explain their roles in the beginning, this way the veteran knows who to call with each question. We had Zach, Kyle, Monica and Ali helping us.

I was told by another company that I was unable to obtain a home loan. I put in a call to Veterans United and asked them to see if they could do anything for me, and less than 3 months later I was moving into my new home!
