Be prepared for a lot of steps... and remember to be patient. A lot of things about the process may not make sense, but once you reach the end you'll be able to see what those were about. Check your email often - throughout the day - and respond to things from them as quickly as you can to help keep everything running as smoothly as possible.Don't go crazy buying stuff for the new house until AFTER you've closed and gotten everything connected, hooked up and paid for - the power, water, etc. Remember, things can fall through on you until after everything is signed at closing.
I don’t think there was a day during the entire process of purchasing my first house where Blake or another person of my assigned team wasn’t reaching out making sure i’m good and asking if i have any questions. Devoted to say the least. I had an amazing experience and there’s no one else i’d go through if i had to do it over again.

Jay was amazing. When I came to him, I had been taken advantage of by another lender who pretend to have the knowledge of serving Veterans. We ran into a couple of problems last year when trying to buy a house..but Brian and his team walked us threw as to what to do and not do so that everything would go smoothly when I start the process again to buy a house. Now I can say we are home owners now. Great job Brian and your whole team.
