Oh man, if you can follow the "To-Do" list as quickly as possible, you can own your home in less than 3 weeks. What a great company, with the most respectful, wonderful people that will take a few minutes and listen to whatever is on your mind. Just as if they were old friends in a catchup conversation. Very good communication
Stephen and his team at Veterans United were absolutely amazing! The biggest accomplishment was being patient with me keeping me informed of every step. If I was confused about something, they had the answers!
Amazing communication
First experience buying a home was a challenge for me because of all the documents that was required. I didn't get the first home I put in for because they didn't want me to go into debt trying to pay for it. I was determined to buy a house because I was tired of renting. I closed on my home and my mortgage is less then what I was paying renting. I had a great team that believed and helped me every step of the way.

Our home purchase process a year ago was 10/10. Our refi process was 6/10. The rate is great and the loan team great however dealing with servicing teams and title company etc was a nightmare.
