I would love to give a 10 because the realtor, and Phil were really great. Only thing I found frustrating was Becky, she must be new or just lazy and ignorant. Other than her I feel very happy with the whole experience. Thanks Phil and Lisa.

First experience buying a home was a challenge for me because of all the documents that was required. I didn't get the first home I put in for because they didn't want me to go into debt trying to pay for it. I was determined to buy a house because I was tired of renting. I closed on my home and my mortgage is less then what I was paying renting. I had a great team that believed and helped me every step of the way.

Mickey was fantast, and reliable(give the man a raise!), he was very on top of it for us but the underwriting process wasn't great but maybe that's typical. Got asked same questions several times that we wrote out. And communication could have been better between departments. I will say we did go thru several houses before finding right one so that whole deal is a process within itself. But it the end we got our home so thank you!
