When I contacted Veterans United I had no intention on buying a house, just wanted to get information on what my options were.Aaron asked me about myself and what war did I serve during , I replied Vietnam he thanked me for my service and asked me if I felt comfortable in giving some personal information over the phone and I did and within seconds he told me how much I qualified for and if I was interested in purchasing a home, Five weeks later I’m sitting in my house answering this survey WOW!!!!!!! Never saw it coming and the process was so simple the hardest part for me was finding the house. Once I did it that it became a done deal.Like I’m sitting in my house answering a survey about my experience with Veterans United.They did right by me.

While writing this review , it still feels surreal that I am a home owner along with my family. There are not enough words to describe this journey and process toward purchasing a home. My family and I started this Wonderfull journey over a year ago. I've choose Veterans United not only because I read reviews but because there are the best in the industry when it comes to helping out veterans. I am now part of that growing community.My experience with Veterans United has been interesting and fulfilling at the same time.
Interesting because you can see the progress of the paper work you have submitted and how everything comes together from beginning to end. Of course, it is fulfilling once you offer gets accepted , to closing and signing the final paperwork to receiving your keys to move in.We must not forget how we got to the finish line. I had an amazing and Wonderfull team that guide me through the process. The team consisted of Rich , Lora , Joedi, Gabriele and the behind the scenes team from Veterans United .I would like to give a shout out especially of course to Rich for being patient with me since day one and understanding not only my needs but the needs of my family. I was able to understand more Rich when we were deep in the process and yes , he is calm , cool and collective and when he is going to tell you he will get you to the promise land, he means it. I am a prove of that . My file was complex and the team that was assigned to me got to the finish line . Of course, my real state agent was my GPS in the woods and she is just like Rich in the sense that they will get you to the finish line of the Marathon. It is not always going to be pretty but they do an amazing job at getting you to the crossing line and getting you that medal. In this case, the key lolAgain , thank you Team Veteran United because you help accomplished a goal and without the support from everyone , the goal would not have been meet. Veterans United is fantastic. I began with less than ideal credit and they helped me raise my credit score through the Lighthouse Program. Once we got the pre-approval, we found our new home in less than a week and settled in less than two months. The entire team was professional and very responsive whenever we had questions. I would highly recommend Veterans United to any Veteran looking to purchase a home.

Chance (and Tyler) worked so hard to keep us on track with the loan process. We had many questions because we were first time home buyers but he remained patient with us and answered all our questions. He is very knowledgeable and stayed positive the whole time. There are times we doubted ourselves but he believed in us and helped us all the way to the very end. We truly appreciate the team's hard work in helping us make our dreams come true! A shout out also to Sam who helped us bring our credit to a good spot so we can get started.
