I had previously worked with VU during a recent purchase that fell through. I had a horrible experience with a different real estate agent KayCee Del Valle. She tried to railroad the process and eventually blamed me for cancelling the contract. She also attempted to keep my earnest money. But after I reported her to the state realty commission my earnest deposit was partially refunded. She however kept my due diligence deposit. I will formally report her actions to the state of North Carolina in hopes that her license will be either revoked or suspended. The house she was attempting to sell has mold and is not structurally sound. She lied about every aspect of the sale and condition of the home along with the responsibilities of a broker.
Veterans United did an awesome job from start to finish. They are professional, polite, courteous and thorough. They will take great care of you. Todd made it an easy and seamless process. He also advised me on things I did not know. Truly exceptional. Thank You!
