Getting alerts through email of completing each task step-by-step wasn't overwhelming
10 is not a high enough rating for Miles, David, Vickie, and Rachael. They have gone way above my expectations for home buying experience. I can't say enough about this team. If I ever move again or my kids decide to buy a home, Veterans United should be there 1st call.
From the beginning of my initial contact with Veterans United Home Loans to the closing on our new home, not once did I ever feel uncomfortable or mistreated or was given unsound or incorrect advice during the whole process. Everyone, from beginning to end, was 100% professional and overwhelmingly polite and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I was going to need before going to closing and making sure there were no last minute problems, which there were none. I am a 100% Disabled Veteran, and I wouldn't say this if it were not my true feelings. Chris and his team were outstanding. We fell in love with the first house we saw and it was a little out of reach. Chris and his team went the extra mile and left no option disclosed or stone unturned to help get us into our dream home. We forever are grateful for Chris and his team for his honesty and hard work through this whole process. You don’t have a loan officer typically send an updated pre approval letter at 9pm on a Friday night so we can put together an offer, but Chris made it happen!!!
Jackson and his team were great! Anytime, I would text Jackson a message, it would be late at night or the weekend he would respond in a timely manner. The fact he would respond so quickly was great because it was fresh on my mind and we could discuss my concern and he would immediately resolve my concern. A consummate professional!
