The marketing and sales push when you start inquiring about the loan can be overwhelming. Remember they are a company who is trying to provide a service/product, just like everyone else. They know you will be looking at companies and will provide you everything they can, to demonstrate their ability to meet or exceed your needs.
Lindsey was an all star for sure and we felt your company is in great hands with this young lady. We are in our 50's and know first hand on hard it is to get great service now days. I rate a 5 because my original Loan Officer was very unprofessional and once I reached out and had them reported. Josh the other Loan Officer took over and helped resolve the issue and help close. Josh had been a huge help throughout the process. Very informative, professional, and HONEST. My loan experience was not fantastic. My loan was delayed multiple months due to the negligence of the first Loan Officer. Resulting in reinspections and more money spent than needed. I was in a position where I was uncertain if the loan would close.

I would recommend Veterans United to any one! The team of Andrew Beckett was excellent and made my experience very pleasant. This was my first time getting a VA loan and going through the loan process. Everyone was quick to respond to all questions and concerns. They would explain everything to make it understandable and easy. Don't get me wrong I was anxious throughout but at the same time comforted with the team working for me!
