We worked with Charles and his team for the better part of a year, and throughout this process, they were patient and professional. Even though we faced some adversity, they consistently remained supportive and committed to helping us accomplish the important milestone of buying our first home.

Our experience with Aaron and Veterans United home loans was so easy I could hardly believe it. He was always available or very quick to get back to me. Correspondence was quick and efficient with the whole team. He was level headed and didn't try to get me to buy the farm when I could only afford a barn. This was the worst home buying experience ive had in my 53 years. There were not stop issues and poor customer service. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this group.

Veterans United worked with me throughout the entire process of the loan. Their folks are on it! Everything was done online, when I had a question during the process I'd simply call or text my representative (Rob). They really made this experience a piece of Cake!

It has been 24 years since my husband separated from the Army and we have never before pursued using his VA loan benefit, so the process was new to us. I was hesitant to go this route simply based on the fact that we knew nothing about the process and this was our third home purchase in 21 years. We got great service from everyone at VU! And there was so much we didn't know and needed to have explained along the way. The biggest thing that stands out in my mind about our experience is how EASY everything was and how seamlessly the process was from initial loan approval to closing. We got the keys to our home yesterday (10/25) and our closing date was 11/4!
Felicia, Jennifer, Tyler & Chris were all a pleasure to work with. NOT ONE of them made me feel like I or my questions were not important or that I was interrupting them.

This is the 3rd time I've used Veterans United. They are fast, professional and go out of their way to assist you during your home buying process. During the process, my mother-in-law passed away. The San Antonio office sent flowers and a card to my wife, offering their condolences. Joseph, my loan officer also made himself available over weekends when I had questions. During the process, he was on vacation, Miguel was able to step in seamlessly to assist with an issue with the closing costs that the title company was trying to make me pay, and got the issue resolved. Hands down, the best place for veterans to get through the home buying process.
I have always been told buying a house was very nerve-wracking and a nightmare...thanks to Matt and company I didn't experience anything remotely close to that. In fact, my buying a house experience was awesome and so smooth that it made me nervous. I have no doubt it was due to the incredible job Matt did behind the scenes.
