Based on the interactions I had with my loan officer and her supervisor I would say that Veteran United does not care about veterans nor their family. They are very slow to respond and avoid at all costs doing more work than the minimum. Veterans United had an option to close on my house a month earlier and save me and my family a ton of stress as well as $4,000 that it cost me to buy down the interest rate after it increased.
