Do your homework

It definitely seemed like a lot of work while we were in it, there was always additional paperwork needed, but in the end it was a pretty easy process. I love that most items were able to be completed electronically!

If you want a team who cares, Veterans United is the way to go. They have a sense of focus and patience that anyone would want for this particular market at this time. They made our house buying experience smooth and almost effortless. I highly recommend them.

Buying a home is hard enough, but Veterans United made it super easy. Answered all our questions throughout the process and made the process smooth and stress free for our family.

Remind customers to update contact info before any appointments get made, otherwise they will be surprised when someone comes to sign closing paperwork especially when they received no prior communication about it. Also, all the forms that need to be signed should absolutely have signature lines, let's work smarter not harder.

Ediri - our loan coordinator was not very helpful to our experience. She seemed slow in communicating and was not responsive when we had concerns about issues. Towards the end we ended up preferring to communicate with Rob.

I do not recommend Veterans United Home Loans, due to my personal experience with them.
