Veterans United is a great company! At least it was for me. I am very satisfied with my new home and the entire process. It went very whale with very little bumps in the road. And even when there were bumps, it didn't upset the process. I am happy with my loan from this company and everything that they have done for me. God is a great God and He does miraculous things through people like my team at the Veterans United office. We've never met but they treated me like I was a friend and made sure that I got to close on my home. I am very pleased. Keep letting God use your talents for people like me, He will reward you!



House buying has changed from years ago to the present. The buyer is so much more responsible for acquiring the various parts that go into what is needed. Veterans United supplied guidance, listing steps to accomplish what is needed and alerting me when it's accomplished, working hand-in-hand with my realtor for a satisfactory finish. Yes, I would recommend them to friends and family.

Veteran's United is great. I had started with a different lender, but they were not able/willing to do the VA part of the loan. When I turned to Veteran's I thought I needed a miracle, but all I needed was a good lender. And I found a great lender! Thank you to everyone that was part of the process.





My negative review was mainly do to the rate change they keep sending estimate of the loan closing documents. Me unaware, once the rate went up a whole percentage point they decided to lock the rate costing me 1% on this mortgage which was a big deal. Also lest than a hour before closing he emails changes to the closing amounts. what if i had never read that email before going to close. I was just just not happy with how this was handled. But, i have the Home and I'm moving on

I can only imagine how upsetting it must have been to see your rate increase by a full percentage point and to feel caught off guard so close to the finish line.
