I did a VA loan back in 2000 on a new house. It was a chore from beginning to end.
I was not looking forward to that process again.

Really go over what you get per state and make sure they know. Go over your closing discloser with a fine tooth comb before signing it.

Know; that if you find a home below your approved amount, the VA will fee you up as close to your approved amount as they can.
