Things went acceptionally well once Jaclyn was brought on board to help expedite the process and I'm happy with the results and when the owner tried to convince me to pay HOA for the month that I didn't even own the property yet, Jaclyn stepped in again and corrected him. So technically they are still with me and you just can't put a price on that.
I was completely blown away by the level of customer service. Simply astonished. I look forward to doing more business with Veterans United doing mortgages as well as insurance.
