Everything was smooth and the process was easy to understand for seniors like ourselves. Given that we are in unique times, being able to correspond by email and getting notified of our to-do list so we can promptly address it, made it simple and very convenient. Most of the time, we were emailed heads up for documents we needed to sign even before the system alerted us of our pending tasks. And closing was a breeze wherein someone came to our home. Documents we were signing were thouroughly explained to us and he was very patient and we never felt rushed! Overall the whole team went above and beyond!

Suggest VU consider thorough analysis of its software. Ability to review documents was not always manageable.

My wife and I were in the process of refinancing with our, then current lender, when I met Pam Swan in St. Louis at a Veteran charity event.
